Padha Pooja Celebration
The Management of Karpaga Vigneswara Vidyalaya organised Padha Pooja Celebrations on 24th Feb. 2024, for the students of Classes X, XI and XII for the 6th consecutive year. The ritual started with students washing the parents feet and applying turmeric, sandalwood paste and kumkum to the feet of their parents. Parents felt very happy when their ward perfomed the Pooja by reciting mantras in Sanskrit. Children felt very happy to get the blessings of their parents on this occasion. Tears rolled out from the eyes of the parents which was a most wonderful movement.
